Privacy Policy.

How Highline Lending handles the information you share with us through this website.

1. Scope

This policy covers information collected through this website and through financing requests, calculator scenarios, and messages you send us. This site is intended for business and commercial users and is not directed to children under 16.

2. What we collect

You give us: name, company, email, phone, property address, property and loan details, scenario inputs, and anything else you include in a message or document.

Collected automatically: standard server and security log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or other sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not submit them here; we will request any sensitive underwriting material through a secure channel.

3. How we use it

To evaluate your request, prepare scenarios and quotes, contact you about your financing, present your transaction to prospective lenders and capital sources, maintain our internal deal records, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and improve our services. We may contact you by email, phone, or text about a request you submitted.

4. When we share it

We share transaction information with lenders, agencies, capital partners, appraisers, title companies, attorneys, and other service providers as needed to quote, underwrite, and close your financing — this is the purpose of submitting a deal to us. We also share information with our technology vendors who host and operate this site and our deal system on our behalf, and with authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to operate it and to keep team logins secure. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Retention and security

We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as needed for the relationship and for our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or archive them. Information is stored with access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing Moshe@HighlineLending.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will honor those rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information we are required to keep.

8. Third-party sites

Links to lender, agency, or data sites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this policy.

9. Changes and contact
